Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and open-source components remain the property of their respective owners.
5. PAYMENT & BILLING
Fees for our Services will be outlined in the applicable invoice or Service Agreement. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if payments are delayed or outstanding.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of the business relationship strictly confidential. This obligation extends beyond the termination of these Terms.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANAVYA Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Clients may terminate service agreements as per the termination clauses defined in their specific contracts.
